About the Broker
I'm Kathy Rzad, the Broker and Owner of Seven Lilies Realty. I dedicate myself to providing excellent and personalized service in real estate. As a resident of Arlington, Texas, I aim to lower stress for my clients during real estate deals.
Over my career, I've had the privilege of helping hundreds of clients achieve their goals of buying or selling real estate. In Southern Arizona, I focused on historic homes, new homes, and helping out-of-state buyers relocate.
I started my journey in real estate in Southern Arizona. In 2014, my peers named me Rookie of the Year at the Southeast Arizona Association of Realtors. While I was there, I volunteered as the public relations chairperson for two years. I also wrote a monthly real estate column for the Sierra Vista Herald.
Before I got my real estate license in 2012, I developed my management and customer service skills. I worked as the general manager for Rockefeller Group Business Centers in Miami, FL. Before that, I built a solid background in luxury hotels where I worked as a spa manager and a sales manager.
I have an MBA and a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Relations. This gives me a strong mix of business skills and communication knowledge.
In 2019, I relocated to the DFW Metroplex, where I fulfilled my dream of launching Seven Lilies Realty. Since 2021, I have been the designated broker for Radius Agent. This role has helped me grow in the real estate community.
I am highly active in the MetroTex Association of Realtors. I am also a proud graduate of the Texas Realtors Leadership Program, Class 30. I show my commitment to the industry through my roles as a director for the Texas Realtors Board and the MetroTex Board.
As a real estate mentor, I support ongoing education in our field. I am committed to improving professionalism and service in real estate.
